Bethany Forest was developed in 1993 by a father and son team, Ed and Bruce Howe. The Howe’s kept the natural beauty of the area by building within “the forest” instead of removing that forest. This is what makes Bethany Forest unique from other subdivisions in the area. The natural beauty still remains within the community boundaries years later.
There are 93 homesites in our community. Lot sizes vary from ½ acre lots to one plus acre lots and one unique lot of over 30 acres. The larger lots in the back of the community have a view of the Indian River Bay.
Our homeowners association is made up of members of the community who are voted in each year to represent the community and maintain the integrity of our development. Our association dues are one of the lowest in the area.
As of 2018, our yearly dues are $504.00. As of 2018, our tennis court has been upgraded with new fencing and resurfacing. The swimming pool has been updated within the last year to include a new pool retaining wall, a new pool perimeter fence, and plaster resurface of the pool interior.
